Research is fundamental to our mission
Research is fundamental to our mission and relies on the participation of volunteers to study potential treatments for diseases and conditions.
Our Clinical Research Department has a team of research coordinators who are dedicated to carrying out research through heightened patient knowledge and the development of new therapies.
All of our researchers and staff are educated in "Good Clinical Practice" which assures the highest-quality of care and observance of patient rights and confidentiality.
Our research efforts along with patient participation produce new and emerging medical care benefiting both our current and future patients.
Physicians working as part of the Medica one team will be able to participate in new and exciting research as either Principal Investigators or Sub Investigators.
Areas of research we are currently participating in are:
This is an exciting area for most physicians as it adds an added benefit for your patient care.
As a physician running your own practice, this is very difficult to build and maintain.
The physicians that participate in clinical research spend the same amount of time at the clinic as they always did seeing their patients but enjoy the bonus for their patients and the financial compensation of the trials.
